By the time Adrien comes in, the meal has already begun to spin off the rails. The bacon is sizzling, there's a skillet beside it full of peppers, onions, mushrooms and thinly sliced steak tips, and he's swearing under his breath at a stand mixer he bought for the place a couple weeks ago, which he's not completely sure how to set up quite yet. But if he's going to make a coconut cake, he needs to figure it out, and--

He looks mildly apologetic as he tries to hold the door for Adrien (too late, really, he's already inside, it'll just keep it from slamming on him when a breeze comes from outdoors). "Hey, your timing's great. I was going to make bacon and eggs but the meal is taking on a life of it's own."
