True to his word, he arrives before the ten minutes is up, a feat which probably involved some traffic violations (but who would ever give a traffic ticket to Captain America?). He comes inside a little warily, half afraid he'll find someone unconscious on the floor, but when he sees Loki he can't help but smile like a sap.
