When Clark returns, Steve is on his radio. "--no, but there's no evidence he's a hostile. Do not engage. Repeat, do not engage--HOLY--"
He actually claps a hand over his heart briefly as this whirlwind of a guy returns, huffs out a breath, and then gestures with the radio. "Stay put. You're gonna get shot at, and stray bullets are bad for civilians."
The radio is crackling and someone is asking 'Captain Rogers' for a report. He speaks again. "Back here now. I'm 90% sure this is a Thor situation. Not actually Thor, but similar--is Dr. Selvig available? Get him. Or whoever else you can."
Pause. "No. Its under control." He gives Clark a steely look. You're under control, aren't you, pal?
