Diana would not be surprised to hear his friends were concerned with how stubborn he was. He didn't look the healthiest, and as light as he seemed to be, any trouble he got into could cause some serious harm. But at the same time, she could definitely appreciate that refusal to back down, even more so when he was not acting from a position of strength. It definitely... took courage.
She peered around to see which piece he was looking at, chuckling softly.
"It is. I have several studies like that she had done in preparation for painting." Diana nodded in appreciation, and with a small smile, pointed towards another wall and the framed watercolor hanging there. "Have you seen Edward Hopper's work? I normally do not buy current works without a specific buyer, but something about this one encouraged me to be a little impulsive, just this once."
